Shipping, Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on abitomoda.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Shipping Policy

• We currently deliver only within India.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order (or any item in the order) has been shipped.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Cancellation

• An order may be cancelled only if none of the items in the order have been shipped.
• If an order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued, including the product price and shipping charges.
• If any item in the order has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

4. Returns

• Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
• At our discretion, we may offer free return shipping in specific cases.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request a replacement. Refunds are not offered for damaged or defective items.

• Replacement is the only remedy for damaged or defective products.
• Damage or defect claims must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery.
• All claims are subject to verification.
• If a damaged or defective item is returned:
  • The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
  • At our discretion, we may offer free return shipping in specific cases.
• Claims may be rejected if the damage appears to be caused due to misuse, tampering, or reasons beyond our control.

6. Refunds

• Refunds are issued only in cases of order cancellation before shipment or other exceptional cases approved by us.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
• Any amount paid using wallet balance is non-refundable.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.

7. Wallet Usage

• Wallet balance used for placing an order is non-refundable.
• If an order is cancelled or refunded, any wallet amount used will not be credited back.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) may be enabled or disabled at our discretion without prior notice.

9. Pricing & Taxes

• All product prices displayed on the website include applicable GST.
• Invoices will provide a breakdown of the base price and GST.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are added separately.

10. Product Availability

• We do not offer custom-made or made-to-order garments.
• All products are subject to availability.

11. Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to refuse returns, replacements, or refunds that do not comply with this policy. Decisions made by ABITOMODA under this policy shall be final.
